To keep your rings looking their best, we recommend giving your jewelry a break every now and then. When not in use, store it in your Radical Rings microfiber pouch (included with every order) and gently wipe it with the complimentary polishing cloth to maintain its shine.

For longevity, remove your ring before sleeping, showering, washing your hands, or lifting heavy weights at the gym. When applying lotions or perfume, allow them to fully absorb into your skin before wearing your ring.

Moissanites may register on some diamond testers due to similar properties, but it is a different gemstone and not exactly the same as a traditionally mined diamond.

Each ring comes with a signature Radical Rings magnetic box, a microfiber pouch, and a complimentary polishing cloth. Our packaging is gift-ready and thoughtfully designed to help you care for your ring and keep it looking beautiful over time.

This includes issues identified upon delivery such as loose or missing stones, structural faults, or setting irregularities. In addition, we provide a 30-day grace period from the date of delivery, during which accidental damage—such as breakage, discoloration, or stone loss—may be eligible for a complimentary replacement. This policy reflects our commitment to both quality and understanding that, occasionally, the unexpected can happen.

Beyond the 30-day grace period, the warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from everyday use. This includes scratches, tarnishing, bent bands, worn prongs, or exposure to water, chemicals, or physical impact. Jewelry is inherently delicate, and proper care is essential to preserve its beauty over time. Items that have been altered or repaired by third parties are not eligible for coverage.
