In addition, we provide a 30-day grace period from the date of delivery, during which accidental damage—such as breakage, discoloration, or stone loss—may be eligible for a complimentary replacement. This policy reflects our commitment to both quality and understanding that, occasionally, the unexpected can happen.

Beyond the 30-day grace period, the warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from everyday use. This includes scratches, tarnishing, bent bands, worn prongs, or exposure to water, chemicals, or physical impact. Jewelry is inherently delicate, and proper care is essential to preserve its beauty over time. Items that have been altered or repaired by third parties are not eligible for coverage.
