You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage or visible wear

Because jewelry is personal, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges:

Need a different size or style? We offer easy exchanges within 30 days.

Once we receive your original item and confirm its condition, we’ll ship your new piece out.

We believe finding the right piece should feel simple, not stressful.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5-year warranty policy

We proudly offer a 5-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship, ensuring your ring meets the highest standards of quality and design. This includes issues identified upon delivery such as loose or missing stones, structural faults, or setting irregularities. In addition, we provide a 30-day grace period from the date of delivery, during which accidental damage—such as breakage, discoloration, or stone loss—may be eligible for a complimentary replacement. This policy reflects our commitment to both quality and understanding that, occasionally, the unexpected can happen.

Beyond the 30-day grace period, the warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from everyday use. This includes scratches, tarnishing, bent bands, worn prongs, or exposure to water, chemicals, or physical impact. Jewelry is inherently delicate, and proper care is essential to preserve its beauty over time. Items that have been altered or repaired by third parties are not eligible for coverage.
